Sylheti Naga Tawa
Prepared with the hottest chilli & spices from Sylhet, garnished with fresh herbs. A hot sizzling dish.

Naga Amritsar
Prepared with Naga chilli and homemade mango pickle.Tantalizing hot dish.

Jalfrezi/Naga Jalfrezi
Prepared with garlic, ginger, fresh green chillies, onions, peppers and fresh herbs. Extra Naga chilli added for Naga Jalfrezi. Fairly hot.

Garlic/Garlic Chilli
A popular dish prepared with plenty of garlic in a chef’s special sauce. Some heat and fresh green chillies added for Garlic chilli.

Korai
Medium dish cooked with garlic, ginger, peppers, tomatoes, onions & methi leaves. Served in a sizzling cast iron dish.

Shatkora
Prepared with highly flavoured spices and shatkora fruit (only grown in tropical areas of Bangladesh) giving a sharp tangy taste.
